XtraSize+ seems like an odd mix of elements that may actually enhance sexuality, and those that may have little or no use in this arena. For instance, while Pueraria Tuberose and Asteracantha Longifolia may sound exotic, there is very little information available about them, and what does exist, does not support their use as sexuality enhancers. Also, Albizzia Lebbeck has been studied as an anti-asthmatic and anti-anaphylactic, but not as a sexuality booster. However, XtraSize+ contains two elements that we know to be effective in this arena - Muira Puama and Tribulus Terrestris.

Muira Puama is also commonly called "potency wood", an element that actually may boost sexual functioning, although researchers do not fully understand how it works, but they concede that it does work. However, they suspect that it has an innate ability to increase dopamine, noradrenalin and serotonin production in the brain, which in turn stimulates nerve endings in the genitals. This ability then causes the body to produce more testosterone in order to directly affect sex drive. In essence, Muira Puama starts a very effective chain reaction.

Tribulus Terrestris is an exceptionally valuable male sexuality booster because it has a direct ability to influence testosterone production, which as most of us know, is the driving force behind sexuality in men. Tribulus increases testosterone production by directly stimulating the production of luteinizing hormone (LH), which in turn has a direct and undeniable effect on virility, potency and desire.

We are a bit concerned that XtraSize+ contains Valeriana Wallichii, a natural sedative, which is used holistically to address anxiety and muscle pain. While it is not habit forming, it is often advised that it should not be used in the long term, because it may instigate depression in some individuals. Also, if it is taken in excess, it may instigate feelings of hyperactivity, daze and heaviness, as well as headaches. We would have liked if this developer had made people aware of this issue up front.

Finally, regardless of the hype on the XtraSize+ website, this product may not assist individuals in increasing the size of their penis. However, there are many good products on the market that may actually increase sexual performance, desire and potency. This is especially true when elements such as Muira Puama, Tribulus Terrestris and Yohimbe are combined with a fast-acting delivery system to maximize results.
