Xtracum for Natural Male Enhancement

Xtracum Review Summary
------------------------------------------------------

When it comes to male sexuality enhancement, there is a variety of supplements to choose from, and many of them address different aspects of sexual health. For instance, some address erectile issues, and may include Yohimbe in their formulary; others may address impotence and include Epimedium to ease this issue. However, products such as Xtracum are designed to increase a person’s sperm volume, as well as increase orgasm quality.

Some people seek out formulas, such as this one. which promise bigger orgasms and greater ejaculations, so Xtracum, and other similar products have achieved a certain level of popularity. However, other men wonder if they really work, so let’s take a look to see what this product may have to offer.

Ingredients at a Glance
------------------------------------------------------

Xtracum contains: Withania Somnifera (Ashwagandha), Asparagus Racemosus, Mucuna Pruriens, Asparagus Adscendens, Pueraria Tuberose, Asteracantha Longifolia, Tribulus Terrestris, TribulusFamily: Zygophyllaceae, Hibiscus Abelmoschus and Myristica Fragrans.

Ingredients in Focus
------------------------------------------------------

Many of the elements in this formula are plucked from Ayurvedic medicine, and have exotic names, which make them seem potent. In fact, many are effective in boosting overall health, and some are also useful in addressing sexuality; but, according to our findings, many of the extracts used in this formula may be ill-suited for this task.

For instance, Asparagus Racemosus is an Indian herb that has been used extensively in Ayurvedic medicine to address female fertility, as well as a way to address issues connected to circulation, digestion, respiratory issues and female reproductive organs. However, we find it is not a heavyweight male sexuality booster. This is also the case with Ashwagandha, another herb used extensively in Ayurvedic medicine as a tonic herb, used to tonify the entire body. It is also used to boost the body’s immune system. People who take Ashwagandha may feel better, and therefore, feel more sexual, but it is likely not a direct route to improving sexuality. Asteracantha Longifolia has been studied as a way to ease Anemia, which is actually an iron deficiency. It has shown some potentiality in this arena, but it has not been used or studied as a sexuality booster for men.

Fortunately, this formula contains one effective sexuality boosting element - Tribulus Terrestris, which is a known and potent testosterone booster. Low levels of testosterone may affect overall sexual performance and desire. It may also affect orgasm and ejaculation. Testosterone production may ebb for a variety of reasons, including age, stress and illness. However, Tribulus has an innate ability to enable the body to raise its production of testosterone by aiding in the production of the luteinizing hormone (LH), a hormone which directly affects sex drive. This is why Tribulus Terrestris has been used for centuries to increase virility, sex drive and potency.

Sexual Lifestyle
------------------------------------------------------

We would have liked to have seen this product developer include an element such as Ginseng in this formula, because it has been shown to directly affect the health and quality of sperm. In studies, it was shown to increase sperm count and motility. It has also been used successfully to address premature ejaculation. In fact, in a recent study, Ginseng was shown to significantly improve the sexual satisfaction of men with premature ejaculation. Our findings show that the same thing may not be said about many of the elements used in this formulary, which we feel is unfortunate.

Positives
------------------------------------------------------

•Moderately priced
•Contains Tribulus Terrestris, but does not include other effective male sexuality boosters

Negatives
------------------------------------------------------

•Uses some elements which may be best suited as an overall tonic, or to address female sexuality
•Does not contain Ginseng or Yohimbe

Final Thoughts
------------------------------------------------------

When we examined the formulary used in Xtracum, we were surprised to find that it is actually low key in terms of performance, which is in sharp contrast to their advertisements. Their use of Asparagus Racemosus in this formula really illustrates this point, because this herbal extract has a long and proven history of augmenting female sexuality. Clearly, it may have no place in a male sexuality enhancement product.

While we are glad to see them include Tribulus Terrestris, we would have liked to have seen them include more proactive male sexually boosters, such as Ginseng and Yohimbe. We believe it takes a lot of expertise to create products that may actually increase male performance in terms of orgasm, ejaculation and erectile performance. So, we suggest men seek out developers who have a proven history in this arena.
