| VitaLife 3 Review Summary ------------------------------------------------------ There’s a time in every man’s and woman’s life that they start to see a decline in their sexual vitality. This may be especially disturbing to men, who often see themselves as being unstoppable when it comes to engaging in sex. There are a variety of issues that may negatively impact male sexuality, including stress, over work, smoking, diet and age, as well as declining testosterone production. Holistic supplementation has been shown to be highly effective in enabling men to get their sex lives back on track, as well as adding an edge to an already good sex life. VitaLife 3 is an herbal formula which is used by both men and women to augment sexual feeling, pleasure and performance. However, many men steer clear of products that have this kind of dual focus, which is understandable, and we feel perhaps the best way to go. With VitaLife 3, we have to ask ourselves – may a product that has this kind of divided focus be equally effective in augmenting erections and g-spot stimulation? We believe looking at the formulary will shed more light on this issue. Ingredients at a Glance ------------------------------------------------------ VitaLife 3 contains some of these ingredients: Zinc Citrate, Thiamin, Beta-Carotene, Riboflavin, American Ginseng Extract, Niacin, Artichoke Leaves, Vitamin B-5, Cranberry Extract, Vitamin B-6, Zinc Citrate, Licorice Root Extract, Vitamin B-12, Bilberry Extract, Goldenseal Root, Vitamin E, Nettle Root Extract, Folic Acid, Pine Nut, Gatuba Leaf Extract, Potassium Citrate, Garlic Powder, Calcium, Grape Seed, Manganese and Lecithin. Ingredients in Focus ------------------------------------------------------ Some developers of holistic formulas seek to directly affect the issue at hand, while others use a more intergraded, albeit low key approach. VitaLife 3 seems to be a part of this latter category. For the most part, it uses a formula that is laden with vitamins and minerals to support overall health, and perhaps boost energy. For instance, Vitamins B6, B12 and B5 are used in this formula, as are Calcium and Manganese – all of which may increase health and energy levels. Garlic Powder has been shown to increase both immune function and cardiovascular performance. We find the only element it uses that may directly augment either male or female sexuality is Ginseng Extract, which has a long and scientifically confirmed ability to augment sexuality. In recent studies, it was found to support men who have premature ejaculation last longer and achieve a higher level of pleasure. It has also been shown to increase fertility in terms of sperm count and motility. However, we think Zinc Citrate is more than likely used to increase erection quality, because men who have erectile dysfunction have been shown to have low Zinc levels. Including Zinc in this formula based on this information may seem reasonable, but at this time, holistic supplementation with Zinc has not been shown to resolve this issue. Sexual Lifestyle ------------------------------------------------------ VitaLife 3 probably contains Licorice Root Extract for one important reason: it has been suggested to free testosterone, so that it may be more readily used by the body to increase sex drive, mood, muscle mass and bone density. However, its abilities in this arena may be nominal at best - it is said to be much better suited for increasing digestion and easing stomach related issues. We strongly believe Tribulus Terrestris would have been a far better choice, because it has been shown in clinical research to enable men to increase the amount of testosterone produced by the body. In fact, in one study it was shown that 75% of the participants had increased endurance, and 80% had increased libido and sexual performance. These are phenomenal results which, as of review, may not be matched by Licorice Root Extract. Positives ------------------------------------------------------ •Contains Ginseng Negatives ------------------------------------------------------ •Uses Licorice Root to try to augment testosterone, when Tribulus Terrestris likely may have been a far more efficient choice •Focuses on both male and female sexuality Final Thoughts ------------------------------------------------------ Those who decide to give VitaLife 3 a try may find that they feel better in general, due to its inclusion of a variety of minerals and vitamins. However, we doubt that it may significantly increase sexuality in either men or women – even though it contains Ginseng. This element is may be potent, but we believe it is not used in a sufficient quality to allow it to carry this entire formula on its own. In terms of male sexuality, we would have liked to have seen them include a more potent testosterone booster, such as Tribulus Terrestris. Original Article Reference: | |
