| Vitalex Review Summary ------------------------------------------------------ Vitalex™ is a sexuality formula said to be created to augment a person’s energy, while easing erectile difficulties. This developer also suggests that it may “strengthen and support prostate and urinary health, improve energy, nourish the kidney & liver, invigorate the blood circulation, benefit immunity and delay the aging process”. At first glance, this pill seems like a variable fountain of youth, but it is important to remember that these kinds of claims are made by many product developers, and it is only through examining the extracts used and how they work together that a formula’s true potency may be determined. Ingredients at a Glance ------------------------------------------------------ Vitalex™ contains some of these elements: Codonopsitis Radix, Rehmanniae Radixet Rhizoma, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Cordyceps, Lycii Fructus, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Cinnamonomi Cortex, Astragali Radix, Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma, Herba, Cuscutae Semen, Achyranthis Radix, Thujae Orientalis Semen, Rosae Laevigatae Fructus, Armeniacae Semen, Glycyrrhizae Radix, Atractylodis Rhizoma, Polygoni Multiflori Radix, Corin Fructus, Cistanchis Caulis, Eucommiae Cortex, Cynomorii Herba, Polygaae Radix, Schizandrae Fructus, Ligustici Rhizoma, Zizyphi Fructus and Rubi Fructus. Ingredients in Focus ------------------------------------------------------ Vitalex™ is advertised to ease a variety of sexual disorders and age related issues. However, what we find very interesting about Vitalex™ is that it may be used by both men and women. This is usually a method we suggest not using, because male and female sexuality are very different in terms of what it takes to increase functionality and reduce issues. We find this formula is laden with a variety of exotic extracts, which are used most often in formulas created by practioners of traditional Chinese medicine. These formulas are usually created on a case by case basis, and are not mass produced. However, let’s take a brief look at some of these elements to get a ‘feel” for its potential abilities. Rehmanniae Radix Rhizoma is most commonly found in formulas geared toward addressing menopause. Angelicae Sinensis Radix is used to promote blood circulation, regulate menstruation and alleviate pain, as well as address headache, chest pain, abdominal pain and rheumatism. Cordyceps is a tonic mushroom which is often used to tonify the body and to increase the functionality of the cardiovascular, endocrine and hepatic systems, as well as addressing other issues. Cuscutae Semen is known as having strong antioxidant properties, and it is also used to increase sperm health. However, its abilities may not be as effective as Ginseng, which has also been shown to ease erectile fatigue and increase desire. Ginseng has been shown in clinical trials to ease premature ejaculation, which is notoriously hard to address. We feel it is unfortunate that it is not used in this formula. Glycyrrhiza is used in Chinese medicine to address spleen and stomach weakness, as well as cardiac palpitations, shortness of breath, cough, carbuncles and sores. Radix Polygalae is most widely used to address sleep related issues, such as insomnia and dream-disturbed sleep, as well as forgetfulness and palpitations. Sexual Lifestyle ------------------------------------------------------ Vitalex™ was created by VitaPro, which was established in 2004. It is a nutritional company, which has only created one product. This is not inherently a problem for us, but the issue we have with this formula is its seemingly divided focus. For instance, there are many elements in this formula which may be best suited for addressing issues around female sexuality, such as menopause and menstruation. These extracts may not be valuable in augmenting male sexuality. Its potency in terms of boosting male sexuality is likely not on the same level as its ability to enable women to achieve a better level of sexual functionality. For example, this formula fails to use two of the more potent male sexuality boosters used in Chinese medicine – Ginseng and Epimedium. We feel this is rather odd, because each of these elements has been shown to have an ability to directly stimulate sexual desire, stamina and libido, as well as erectile function. Positives ------------------------------------------------------ •May enable women to increase sexual function •May ease menopause and menstrual issues Negatives ------------------------------------------------------ •Does not contain Ginseng and Epimedium •Very few testimonials posted at this time Final Thoughts ------------------------------------------------------ Some people really like the idea of using a formula based on Chinese medical theory, and for them, Vitalex™ may seem like a viable option. However, we are not convinced that it may produce significant results in men, due to its inclusion of so many extracts that may only affect female sexuality. Also, we are concerned that they do not mention their return policy on this website. We always look for this information, because many developers make it hard to return holistic products. It has been our experience that the more results-oriented and confident developers will provide a full, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. Original Article Reference: | |
