| Sex Flex Review Summary ------------------------------------------------------ Sex Flex is a sexual enhancement publication marketed primarily to couples who are looking for an intimate strategy to improve the quality of their sex lives. According to the description, the three main aspects of a successful sensual relationship may include exercise, flexibility and communication. The book is co-written by two industry figures in the areas of fitness training and sex. Many men may seek to enhance their sexual performance and health for various reasons. As such, men may be seeking out sexual stimulants to boost sex drive, stamina and endurance, as well as sustain a firmer erection in order to maximize pleasure. Our task here is to examine this book to see if it may be an effective product for the purposes mentioned above. Product at a Glance ------------------------------------------------------ The book’s overarching concept may suggest that couples should apply a broad range of exercises and stretches with one another to enhance their sexual experience. In so doing, the secondary benefits attained may supposedly include the following: improved physical health, greater range of motion, better communication and enhanced body image. The book contains color photographs and illustrations to guide the couple in the techniques and positions. Apparently, the exercises may be done at the local fitness center, or in the privacy of the couple’s bedroom. It does not appear to teach different sexual positions, but rather it explains how to do fully-clothed sensual exercises with the aid of a partner. Product in Focus ------------------------------------------------------ For instance, in the “Lateral Shoulder Raise”, the man sits directly behind his partner with legs stretched out and rests his hands on the woman’s elbows to serve as resistance as she raises her arms. The synchronized movements and gentle physical contact is advertised as intensifying the connection between the two individuals. The exercises may not, however, build substantial muscle mass. The book is co-written by Deborah David, professor and researcher in the school of sex and society, and Paul Frediani, a supposed fitness expert and educator and president of a body training company. The “qualified” professionals appear to market an infusion sexual theories and physical education as the keys to a more fulfilling sex life between partners. Lifestyle ------------------------------------------------------ With so many options available to boost our sexual enjoyment, it may be advantageous for people to separate the substandard products from the premium ones. We appreciate the variety of products available for men today, but quite frankly, some items may fall short of expectations. Most men may be looking for a serious product to substantially improve their sex lives. Unfortunately, as interesting as the concept may be, the book in question appears to do no more than suggest playful ideas to motivate couples to exercise together. There may be no significant reports to date stating that mutual exercise improves libido. Exercise may simply be associated with vessel dilation that promotes blood flow to the extremities. Positives ------------------------------------------------------ •May be a unique couple’s exercise manual •At about $2 at time of review, the book may be a bargain Negatives ------------------------------------------------------ •May not be linked with enhanced sexual performance •May be inferior to capsule-based stimulants •Customer reviews may be few or hard to find •Exercises may not be suitable for effective aerobic workouts Final Thoughts ------------------------------------------------------ Some people may welcome bargain books like Sex Flex that introduce us to a novel approach to sensual workouts. But, we believe most men prefer a powerful agent to reach optimal levels of sexual pleasure, both for the man and the woman. Thankfully, all-natural supplements sold by reputable companies may provide the boost in sexual desire and stamina to do just that. Testosterone enhancers, like Tribulus Terrestris, and aphrodisiacs, like Yohimbe Extract, may be two of the more promising ingredients found in premium products today. As opposed to a step-by-step instruction manual, herbal formulas allow men to experiment with tangible results. With a firmer erection and longer stamina, both partners may find the experimentation enjoyable. Original Article Reference: | |
