We appreciate the lesson in how a penis becomes erect, and the diagram illustrating a “normal” size versus the “Promaxis” size, because it is important to understand the process of how this formula is intended to work. While we do not doubt the process that they describe, we do not have any scientific or medical proof to base the claim for lengthening the penis on. No studies indicate that this product will enlarge a penis by 50%; and while a picture is provided, the diagram has no statistics for its basis.

Promaxis RX does appear to have a combination of herbal extracts that may increase libido and sexual stamina. It is not likely that the penis will increase by 50 percent in size; it only contains one ingredient that is believed to increase blood flow to the penis. As stated, Yohimbe is often used in products for sexual enhancement for its effects on improving the strength of erections.
