PeniSOS Review Summary
------------------------------------------------------

PeniSOS is a male sexual enhancement product that is billed as “the supplement for your penis.” The product claims to be an ancient blend used by “Chinese emperors and nobles.” Today, this supplement is said to have the ability to “solve erection problems, prolong erections, reduce sexual fatigue and improve endurance, and prolong sexual activity.” It is said to be the “optimum product for men who wish to maintain penis health.”

While this product’s description sounds reasonable enough, a glance at its ingredient list sparked our immediate concern. Like so many other sexual enhancement products, this one takes what we consider to be the misguided approach of including estrogenic ingredients. We cannot help but seriously question the function of such ingredients in a supplement designed to promote virility.

We were also frankly quite disturbed by this product’s “harmonizing glandular extract,” which is said to contain “testicle” and “liver.” It is our opinion that if a man is willing to eat another animal’s testicles in order to gain virility, estrogen and its potentially feminizing effects should not hinder this effort. We will assess this unusual formulation for its ability to provide potent, lasting sexual pleasure.

Ingredients at a Glance
------------------------------------------------------

This formulation may contain some of the following ingredients: Zinc Chelate, Deer Antler, Oyster Shell Powder, Royal Jelly, Fo-Ti, Bee Pollen, Panax Ginseng, Damiana, Garlic Oil, Lecithin, Gotu Kola, Ginkgo Biloba, Saw Palmetto, Soybean Phospholipids, Mexican Yam Extract, St. John's Wort, Yohimbe and Harmonizing Glandular Extract, including = testicle, liver.

Ingredients in Focus
------------------------------------------------------

We were rather surprised and disturbed to discover that this product appears to contain the testicle of an animal (presumably) of some kind. It alarmed us that no further information was given about this rather jarring and repulsive ingredient. Because there are currently so many widespread diseases among livestock and wild animals, we would have wanted to hear more about the origin of this testicle and liver. We would add that we are not aware of the sexual benefits of consuming another species’ genitalia. We do believe, however, that if a consumer is so dedicated to bolstering his sexual performance that he will eat testicles, other ingredients should not sabotage him.

In addition to the testicles, this product inexplicably contains Soy, which is said to be high in phytoestrogens. Phytoestrogens are plant-derived ingredients that behave like estrogen in the body. An excess in soy has been unfortunately linked to the development of “female” physical traits in men, including breast development.

Lifestyle
------------------------------------------------------

Due to the odd and decidedly questionable contents of this formulation, we assumed that there would surely be a money-back guarantee offered. We were quite shocked and appalled to discover that this is not the case. Apparently, the seller of this product only offers a refund for products that have not been opened. In our opinion, refunding only unopened products suggests unwillingness on the manufacturer’s part to put their product to the test. We would urge consumers to protect themselves by seeking out products that come with money-back guarantees.

Positives
------------------------------------------------------

• Contains Panax Ginseng
• Includes Yohimbe
• Contains Damiana

Negatives
------------------------------------------------------

• Product includes “testicles” of unknown origin
• Also contains an animal liver of some kind
• Dissatisfied consumers have begun speaking out about the poor results this product has produced. To hear about their negative experiences, you can click here to read a number of posts in this PeniSOS blog.

• Soy may lead to “feminizing traits”
• Soy is also reportedly linked to sterility

Final Thoughts
------------------------------------------------------

We believe that this product combines extremely distasteful ingredients with potentially sabotaging ones. To us, this does not seem to be a strategy for success and good health.

Some of the better ingredients in this formulation, such as Panax Ginseng, Yohimbe, and Damiana, are also available in “testicle-free” formulations that do not contain Soy. We have heard that these ingredients are further enhanced by Tribulus Terrestris and Epimedium.
