The herb is thought to be effective for preventing certain diseases as well, and has been used by those suffering from asthma, psoriasis, diabetes and hypertension. Use of the herb by men experiencing symptoms of erectile dysfunction have apparently been able to obtain and maintain erections more easily, although the source of this clinical test is not available.

We appreciate that the formula was supposedly created in a laboratory, and that so much time and money may have gone into the product’s development. However, we do not see any actual research posted on the website, and as mentioned, little effort was put into the website to make sure it is readable for English speakers. We feel that individuals should have more evidence, particularly when it comes to a subject like this, since there are very few facts to support the theory that herbal supplements may lead to permanent size increases.

We appreciate that the formula for Maxifal® contains an herbal extract that could be somewhat supportive of male sexual health. Still, it does not appear to contain the strongest, most potent extracts for increasing sex drive, raising testosterone levels or promoting penile blood flow, and we do not see any evidence that it will cause the penis to grow permanently.

What an herbal supplement such as this may be able to do is enhance the quality of the erection by increasing the amount of blood flow. However, we suggest seeking products that contain a more synergistic blend of ingredients. Products that include the herbal extract, Yohimbe, have been shown to be effective in increasing blood flow to the penis, and this herb has also demonstrated to increase stamina. Supplements are on the market that utilize this powerful herb, as well as other extracts that will support sexual function and enhance performance.
