We like that it contains natural extracts and includes Yohimbe in its formula. It does not appear to be that much different than others on the market, containing elements of aphrodisiacs, energy boosters, and increased circulation. It does not contain a testosterone increasing extract, however, which is essential to sexual function. A popular extract such as Tribulus Terrestris may be desirable in a product for this purpose.

We appreciate that the product’s Web site provides information on Extagen™ and how it is supposed to work. But it does not provide much to back up the validity of the manufacturer. Additionally, the product is advertised as “Number One” but we are not sure who exactly has rated it. And, as stated before, the guy selling the product never lets the consumer know who he is or what his background is – he must know about sexual enhancement formulas simply because he is male.
