In fact, there is no known element that can accomplish this task. However, there are some elements that can substantially increase the hardness and frequency of erections, such as Yohimbe, which is not used in Bali Mojo.

Yohimbe is often teamed up with Tribulus Terristris and Epimedium, because this triad of elements can augment sexuality from multiple levels. Yohimbe can increase erection strength, while Tribulus Terristris boosts potency and performance by increasing testosterone production, and Epimedium increases libido. Many savvy consumers will seek out formulas that use all three of these elements.
