24 7 Sure™ for Natural Male Enhancement
June 23, 2009
24 7 Sure Review Summary
------------------------------------------------------

24 7 Sure™ is a male sexual enhancement product that was created to enhance sex drive and support sexual vigor, as well as increase desire, sensitivity and satisfaction. It is also implied that it may help ease erectile dysfunction, which is a condition many men may have to address during the course of their lifetime.

ED is most often associated with getting older, but men often experience lowered levels of erectile function at all ages. Holistic supplementation has been shown to be highly effective in helping address this issue, especially when the developer includes key herbal extracts that have been shown to be able to increase blood flow to the penis. Let’s take a look at the formula used in 24 7 Sure™ to see how effective it may be.

Ingredients at a Glance
------------------------------------------------------

24 7 Sure™ may contain some of the following ingredients: Zinc, Eurycoma Longfolia Jack Root, Catauba Bark Extract, Astragalus Membranaceus Root, Epidmedium Grandiflorum, Safflower, Cistanche Deserticola, Ginkgo Biloba and Curcuma Longa Rhizone

Ingredients in Focus
------------------------------------------------------

In many ways, 24 7 Sure™ contains an odd group of extracts. Many of the extracts may be better suited for increasing overall health rather than increasing sexuality, with the exception of Epidmedium and perhaps Eurycoma Longfolia Jack Root. For example, Curcuma Longa Rhizome may sound exotic, but it’s commonly known as Curcumin. It has traditionally been used to address cancer, high cholesterol, HIV, peptic ulcers, rheumatoid arthritis and irritable bowel syndrome. Astragalus Membranaceus Root has been used to increase immune function and is often used to ease colds, influenza, infections, fevers, allergies, asthma, chronic fatigue and ulcers. Zinc is used in this formula because many men who have erectile issues have low Zinc levels, but supplementation with Zinc has not been shown to have any effect on erectile performance. However, it has been shown to be able to increase immune function.

Eurycoma Longfolia Jack is plant native to Malaysia, where it was used to enhance energy and sensuality, as well as being used as an overall health tonic. While some developers suggest it has no side effects, many experts may disagree. It may be a moderately effective aphrodisiac, but it has been known to cause insomnia, which may actually reduce sex drive and performance.

Luckily, there are other more effective extracts available, such as Epidmedium, which is also known as Horny Goat Weed, due to its abilities to ramp up sex drive and stamina as well as augmenting erectile function. It has a long history of being used in Chinese medicine to improve sexual performance. However, it has been shown to be far more effective when used with other sexual enhancers such as Ginseng, which is not used in this formula.

Sexual Lifestyle
------------------------------------------------------

By this point, we are sure some people may be asking if this formula contains any elements that are able to increase erectile performance. According to this developer, Ginkgo Biloba may be able to fulfill this role, but according to our research, its abilities in this arena are rather sketchy. In fact, Ginkgo is most often used to increase memory and is currently being studied as a way to address dementia-related illnesses. It has shown a great deal of promise in this arena, but there is still little to demonstrate its abilities in sexual enhancement.

It is used in this formula and some other sexual enhancement formulas because it may also increase circulation. Some anecdotal stories suggest that it may increase erectile function, but this has not been confirmed by any studies, nor has this ingredient been traditionally used for this purpose. This is in contrast to extracts, such as Damiana, that have been shown to be able to directly increase sexual performance. Damiana is an aphrodisiac that has been proven to be able to increase sexual pleasure by stimulating the nerves in the penis, while also increasing blood flow to the genital area, thereby creating harder, longer lasting erections. These same abilities have not been associated with Ginkgo.

Positives
------------------------------------------------------

•Appears to contain Epidmedium
•May be available on a variety of retailer sites at a reduced price

Negatives
------------------------------------------------------

•May not contain a potent erectile enhancer such as Damiana
•No research or testimonials posted at this time
•Uses extracts that have not been shown to have any ability to augment sexuality

Final Thoughts
------------------------------------------------------

24 7 Sure™ is suggested by its developers to be able to potentially assist men with ramping up their sexual performance on every level. However, according to our research, this formula seems to lack the firepower to deliver on its promise. It does use a few proven sexual enhancers, but they are combined with too many low- or non-performing extracts, which are clearly better suited to be used in a health tonic or an immune enhancing supplement. A developer’s choice of ingredients can make or break a formula; however, this developer’s choices have generated a product that is merely average instead of one that is able to deliver the best results.
